As a result, pkr89 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request verification documents at any stage.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of funds attributable to those Bonus Funds may be processed. Bonus Funds that have not been used or for which Wagering Requirements have not been met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance. pkr89 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the validity period stated at the time of offer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr89 holds its international gaming licence.
